FRAGRANCIAGA will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, where permitted by applicable law.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
